The redness on my face and swollen eyes were the areas mainly affected by my eczema at the start. Through the clearing of my lymph congestion and CAP therapy, things started to take a turn for the better. After narrowing things down through countless conversations with Doctor Mark, we found out that there were going to be some limitations surrounding the improvement with CAP therapy as I had just moved into a new housing development and had my workplace situated near MRT construction.
The constant exposure to dust and fine particles coupled with certain food triggers (including noodles) did hinder its effectiveness, but proved to be effective nonetheless. This served as a base and we slowly started working our way through to find ways to stay away from my triggers (trial and error really is the only way to start) So far, acupuncture served to be effective for me!!

My Skin Is Healing
All these years, Ive had mild eczema and I depend on topical cream for relief. It will come and go until recently my skin started to flare up with inflammation for weeks and the recurrent burning itch was unbearable.

I was suffering from severe pompholyx and nummular eczema when I first visited Dr Mark at Chinese Doc Singapore. I was in distress and almost in depression. I couldn't sleep in the night for months. The itch was unbearable and I couldn't stop scratching. My skin was red, flaking and oozing.
